Witstinkhout Lanings is a modern full title town house development that ALS developed between 2012 and 2013.

Project Details:

ALS was responsible for the civil construction of roads and the installation of all municipal services of the 6222m² development.   ALS was also responsible for the construction of of all 14 townhouses of approximately 174 m² each, as well as a swimming pool.  The average stand size is 325m².
